We have only been through three real estate transactions in the last 40 years (including this one), so we were not very knowledgeable coming into this one. We cannot imagine having anybody that would help us through the process, and to make it go more smoothly, than Kris. She is clearly very knowledgeable, always available as needed, and a pleasure to work with through the entire process. She is also from the North County region so she knows the area, and the people, very well. We very much enjoyed working with Kris, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anybody going through the same process. In fact, we’d be excited to do so!
