We first met Kris in 2014 when she helped us buy a mountain cabin as a second home. This last fall (2021), we decided to sell both our homes in Austin, TX and Durango and buy a new house in the San Juan mountains. Of course we only thought of Kris to both help us sell our Durango house and help us buy our new house. Kris did a great job for which we are very appreciative, We would give her the highest recommendations. The things that make her great are her knowledge of the real estate market in the north county and of real estate in general. In addition she is highly reliable and honest, which is very important when buying and selling homes. When she says she will do something it is done quickly and correctly. Finally Kris has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun to hang with. That really helps with what is often a stressful time.
